研究院简介
东北财经大学现代供应链管理研究院（下称“研究院”），是独立建制的校级科研机构。东北财经大学是一所突出经济学、管理学优势和特色，经济学、管理学、法学、文学、理学等多学科协调发展的研究型大学，学科实力稳居全国财经高校前列。研究院目前拥有全职科研人员18名，已在管理学科顶级期刊（UTD24）发表论文26篇，过去五年在供应链与运营管理领域的研究实力稳居全国前十。
研究院聚焦供应链管理、供应链金融、运营管理、运筹学、商业分析、大数据分析、最优化、信息系统、人工智能及其交叉学科领域，致力于开展高水平、前沿性研究。团队师资优秀，汇聚了包括国际顶尖期刊资深编辑与海外归国学者在内的杰出终身教职队伍。研究院现设有两个硕士点、一个博士点，并提供博士后岗位。
同时，研究院是供应链与管理科学与工程学会供应链与运营管理（ISCOM）分会、善意中国企业发展研究院及辽宁省供应链新型工业化院的依托单位。

（1）入职时已经持有博士学位。

Introduction of ISCA
Institute of Supply Chain Analytics (ISCA) is an independent research institutes at Dongbei University of Finance & Economics (DUFE), which is one of the leading universities in China in the areas of finance, economics, management, and business analysis. ISCA currently has 18 full-time researchers with a record of 26 publications in top-tier international management journals (UTD24), consistently ranked top 10 in China in the past 5 years in the area of Supply Chain and Operations Management. ISCA is dedicated to conducting top-tier research on Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Finance, Operations Management, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Big Data Analysis, Optimization, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and related interdisciplinary fields. It boasts an excellent tenure-track faculty including Senior Editor of top-tier international journals and oversea-educated talents. ISCA currently has two master programs and one doctoral program and offers post-doctoral positions.
It is the hosting organization of the Institute of Supply Chain and Operations Management (ISCOM), Institute of Goodwill Enterprise Development, and Liaoning Province Academy of Supply Chain Industrialization.

Recruitment information
ISCA invites applications for full-time tenure-track faculty positions of all levels (Assistant / Associate / Full Professor) with interests in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain Finance, Operations Management, and Supply Chain Management. Both theoretical and empirical studies are very welcome.
Academic Qualification
1.Academic Qualification:
l Earned a Ph.D. degree from a major research university before appointment.
l Applicants for assistant professor positions should have strong research capability and a record of publishing in top-tier journals. Applicants for higher ranks should demonstrate a well-qualified record of research and teaching effectiveness.
