研究院简介
东北财经大学现代供应链管理研究院（以下简称研究院），位于美丽的海滨城市大连，致力于东北财经大学学术高地建设。研究院是以国际顶级期刊杂志资深编辑、国家级人才计划入选者为学科带头人，以面向全球招聘的优秀常任轨（tenure-track）教师和海外优秀博士教师为中心骨干，拥有高效行政服务与支持的研究团队。研究院主要研究方向包括：优化与运作管理、物流与供应链管理、零售与渠道管理、数据分析与实证方法等前沿领域。截至目前，研究院教师已主持及参与国家级、省部级科研项目30余项，其中主持国家自然科学基金项目14项，包括重点项目1项、面上项目4项、青年科学基金项目9项，累计获得科研经费逾750万元。研究院教师在学术发表方面成果显著，已在国际知名期刊发表论文近百篇，其中SCI/SSCI论文占比达到90%。特别是在管理学领域UTD24顶级期刊上发表论文25篇，并在《PNAS》发表论文1篇。此外，研究院积极整合社会资源，累计获得外部资助200余万元。在对外合作与社会服务方面，研究院作为管理科学与工程学会供应链与运营管理（ISCOM）分会秘书处单位，已连续成功承办多届ISCOM年会及相关竞赛活动；与湖南草花互动科技股份公司合作共建善意中国企业发展研究院，支持中小企业转型，探索商业价值与社会责任协同发展的创新路径；并与辽宁省工业和信息化厅携手筹建辽宁省供应链新型工业化院，为区域供应链体系的高质量发展提供智力支持。研究院目前已构建起“学术交流—产学研协同—政企联动”三位一体的综合发展平台，既为人才提供成长阶梯与赋能载体，也为成果转化与实绩产出奠定系统基础，全方位支持人才在理论创新与实践突破中实现双向提升。

（2） 助理教授职位的申请人应具备在高品质期刊上发表科研论文的能力；对于较高的学术职位的申请人应已具有高水平研究成果以及良好的教学资格记录。

Introduction of ISCA
The Institute of Supply Chain Analytics (ISCA), one of the two university-level flagship research institutes of Dongbei University of Finance & Economics (DUFE) in Dalian, boasts a distinguished tenure-track faculty comprising senior editors of top-tier international journals and overseas-educated talents.Focusing on core areas including optimization and operations management, logistics and supply chain management, retail and channel management, as well as big data analytics and empirical methods. ISCA has undertaken over 30 national/provincial projects (14 funded by the NSFC) with total grants exceeding 7.5 million RMB. Its faculty have published nearly 100 papers in prestigious international journals (90% SCI/SSCI indexed), including 25 in UTD24 journals and 1 in PNAS.As the secretariat of ISCOM, ISCA has hosted six ISCOM Annual Conferences and relevant competitions. It has also co-founded research institutions with enterprises, partnered with government authorities to build a new industrialization research institute, and secured over 2 million RMB in external funding.SCA’s tripartite platform integrating academic exchange, industry-academia-research collaboration, and government-enterprise cooperation provides robust support for talent development and research translation. Recruitment information
ISCA invites applications for full-time tenure-track faculty positions of all levels (Assistant / Associate / Full Professor) with interests in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing and Information Systems. Both theoretical and empirical studies are very welcome.
1.Academic Qualification:
l Earned a Ph.D. degree from a major research university before appointment.
l Applicants for assistant professor positions should have strong research capability and a record of publishing in top-tier journals. Applicants for higher ranks should demonstrate a well-qualified record of research and teaching effectiveness.
