朱桃增，中国科学技术大学管理学博士。曾在新加坡国立大学商学院进行联合培养，随后在新加坡国立大学从事博后研究工作。主要研究领域包括鲁棒优化、排队论、医疗管理等。其研究成果已发表在Management Science、Manufacturing & Service Operations Management、International Journal of Production Research、Annals of Operations Research、Flexible Service and Manufacturing Journal等期刊。
